You will be introduced to Lean concepts and tools that can be used to reduce those costs, shorten cycle times, increase output and improve productivity. Your staff will gain practical knowledge in the basics of using Six Sigma for identifying and minimizing defects and how Lean and Six Sigma, when applied in tandem, will dramatically increase your chances of permanently improving your processes.

The lean fundamentals training can be customized to your specific requirements. It can range from a one day executive overview to two and three day sessions that include detailed training in value stream mapping using your own processes.

Altex Solutions Group offers a one week accelerated lean six sigma class, saving you time and money while providing the level of training needed to move toward a successful deployment of continuous improvement throughout your organization. We will not only teach the class, but advise and coach each candidate as he or she completes the required certification project of a selected process at his or her work location. Upon successful completion of the classroom portion and project, Altex will award LSS Green Belt Certification through a partnership with Genedge and Virginia Tech University.

Lean Six Sigma is a systematic and analytical approach to process improvement that can be applied in service, transactional and production-based environments focusing on achieving significant results and increased customer satisfaction.
